A 25% deposit of the total stay is required on booking
Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival
Cancellation within 30 days of your visit will incur a loss of deposit
Cancellation within seven days of your stay will result in full payment being charged to your account
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside Queenscliff
Queenscliff or its owners accept no responsibility for any loss/damage or injury to guests or their property and we recommend you arrange your own travel insurance prior to your stay
Whilst the owners strive to maintain all facilities and appliances in full working order, in the event of any malfunction, we will do our best to rectify the problem as soon as possible
Queenscliff is for a maximum or 8 adults, additional children can be accommodated in the fourth bedroom as there is also a single bed and trundle bed available.
A minimum of 3 nights stay is required

Pets are not permitted at Queenscliff
The spa pool is made available to guests at their own risk by prior arrangement. A fee of $100 per stay will apply.
Queenscliff is serviced every three days. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a charge of NZ$150 per service on prior request
Check in time is from 2:00pm onwards, Check out time is before 10:00am. Late check outs may be accommodated when we do not have guests arriving that afternoon. Early check ins may be accommodated when we do not have guests departing that morning. Late check outs and early check ins must be prior arrangement.
